Karl Rove Tells the Truth – Democrats Angry
Karl Rove told the truth about how the left responded to the 9/11 attacks and now the left is up in arms.
“Conservatives saw the savagery of 9/11 in the attacks and prepared for war; liberals saw the savagery of the 9/11 attacks and wanted to prepare indictments and offer therapy and understanding for our attackers,” Mr. Rove, the senior political adviser to President Bush, said at a fund-raiser in Midtown for the Conservative Party of New York State.
Remember, it’s only controversial because it’s true.

When did liberals “want therapy” for terrorists. Liberals backed the war in Afganistan. Maybe if Rove understood terrorism better we wouldn’t attack a country that had nothing to do with 9/11
I remember the weeks following 9/11 as a time of incredible unity and mourning in this country. I remember the vote for the war in Afghanistan as unanimous in the Senate and with a single dissent in the House. Nobody was discussing understanding our attackers, all of whom were dead. Rove is doing a fine job of firing up the Democratic base. I wonder how much under the table money he’s getting.

You’ll see just some of the votes Democrats made — Heck, Tom Daschle was the freakin’ sponsor the the bill to take military action against the terrorists.
First you have a Republican Congress-critter calling Catholics and Jews “anti-Christian.”
Now you have this politician calling AMERICAN terrorists!
The GOP is coming apart at the seams!
Uh, did Rove say “Congressional Democrats” or did he say “LIBERALS”? Geta friggin clue. Reread some of Moore’s comments following 9/11!
Moore’s comments? In my experience, you can always tell when someone doesn’t know anything about current events, politics, or truth, when they start referring to Michael Moore as if he is some sort of an authority. If you’re getting your information from Michael Moore, you’re in bad shape.
