Zero Intelligence Strikes Again
An 8 year old girl takes homemade Jell-o to school to share with her classmates and gets a suspension. Sound stupid? It does to me, too. According to this story from KATC in Louisiana, Kelli Billingsley brought the treat to Boudreaux Elementary, whereupon she was suspended for posession of a "look-alike drug." The school did check to see if the Jell-o contained any alcohol or controlled substance before embarking upon this idiocy.
There's no news on whether the school is suspending students for posession of postage stamps, tic-tacs or water.
